한국계 벨기에 기타리스트 드니 성호는 7세에 기타를 시작, 14세에 벨기에 영 탤런트 콩쿠르 1위에 입상하며
두각을 나타냈다. 벨기에 몽스 왕립 음악원에서 오다일 아사드를 사사했으며, 파리 고등사범 음악원과 벨기에 브뤼셀 왕립 음악원에서 알베르토 폰스를 사사했다.
이후 암스테르담 콘서트헤보우,빈 뮤지크페라인, 잘츠부르크 모짜르테움, 버밍엄 심포니 홀, 스톡홀름 콘서트 홀,
아테네 메가론, 브뤼셀 팔레 데 보자르, 파리 시떼 드 라 뮤지끄, 쾰른 필하모니 등 세계적인 명성의 무대에서 연주했고, 쾰른 음악 트리엔날레 등 여러 음악 축제에서 앙상블 엥테르꽁텡포랑, 옥살리스 등 유럽 유수의 앙상블과 협연했다.
2005년에는 ECHO(유럽 콘서트홀 협회)로부터 “라이징 스타”로 선정되어 뉴욕 카네기홀 데뷔무대를 가졌으며,
2012년에는 루가노에서 개최되는 마르타 아르헤리치 프로젝트에 기타리스트 최초로 초청됐다. 그 외 프랑스, 벨기에,
캐나다, 미국 그리고 한국 등지에서 각종 언론매체를 통해 국제적으로 활동하고 있다.
드니 성호의 주요 음반 가운데, 쿠바 출신 작곡가 겸 기타 거장 레오 브라우어의 작품(Concerto Elegiaco,Tres Danzas, Fuga Libera)을 녹음한 음반은 독일의 클래식 음악지 KLASSIK으로부터 ‘역사에 남을 연주’
라는 평을 받으며 [세계 최고의 음반 100] 기타 부문 TOP100에 등록됐다. 또한 기타리스트 보리스 가켈과의 듀오 앨범(피아졸라, 아사드, 가켈), 비르투오소 모음 솔로 앨범(바흐, 폰세, 투리나, 히나스테라, 아사드), 솔래다드 앙상블과의 협연 앨범(피아졸라, EMI)은 평론가들의 극찬을 받았으며, 공연 실황 앨범 “Remembrance”와 낙소스 앨범(Paganini)는 한국 음반 매장에서 베스트셀러를 기록했다.
드니성호는 2010년부터 본격적으로 한국과 벨기에를 왕래하며 국내 및 해외 최고의 오케스트라 및 예술가들과 함께
연주를 이어갔다. 현재까지 한국 가수 박선주, 김범수와 인순이, 세계적으로 유명한 디바 조수미 등의 최정상의 아티스트와 콜라보레이션을 이루어왔다. 이처럼 그는 아시아에서 클레식에만 국한되지 않고 다양한 장르의 아티스트들과 협업하는 최초의 뮤지션이다.
드니성호는 프로듀서로서 이스라엘 필하모닉 오케스트라와 주빈메타를 초청해 한국에 서 첫 신년 갈라 콘서트를
주최하였다. 2018년에는 평창동계올림픽에서 국제 올림픽 위원회로부터 VVIP를 위한 실내 공연 총괄감독으로 임명 되어 20명 이상의 국가 원수와 수백 명의 글로벌 기업 CEO 및 예술, 스포츠 및 정치 세계의 유명 인사를 위한 독점 콘서트를 계획하고 감독했다. 또한 2019년 3월에는 벨기에 국왕의 방한으로 문재인 대통령과의 청와대 만찬에서 연주를 선보였다.
그는 해외 입양인이자 세계적으로 인정받는 기타리스트로서의 삶에 대한 다큐멘터리를 포함하여 여러 방송 및 프로그램에 출연했다. 그의 기타연주는 매혹적인 소리와 흔하지 않은 서정성을 지닌 우아한 음악으로 묘사되는데, 그 속에서 그의

Denis Sungho is a classical guitarist and composer, who has created a distinct sound that merges his Korean and European identities with his musical sphere. His extensive repertoire ranges from classical to pop to even playing his compositions.
Born in Korea and adopted at 9 months to a Belgian family, he began learning the guitar at the age of 7. A naturally gifted child, he won his first competition at the age of 14. The SABAM, a Belgian copyright society, rewarded him with a first prize for all instruments.
Denis obtained his first diploma at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in one year with congratulations from the jury. He then studied for 4 years with the legendary Odair Assad at the Royal Conservatory of Mons. He also studied with masters Sergio Assad and Alberto Ponce.
Elected "Rising Star" by the European Concert Hall Organization (ECHO) network and the Palais des Beaux Arts in Brussels, Denis has performed in venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, the Berlin Philharmonie and the Cologne Philharmonic among many others. He was extended an invitation to participate with the Ensemble Intercontemporain, Oxalys, and is also a laureate of the Belgian Vocations Foundation.
Among his albums, his recording of the concerto Elegiaco and the quintet of Cuban master Leo Brouwer (Fuga Libera) was praised by the German classical music magazine KLASSIK as "historical’’, the album also appears in the ' 'The World's Best 100’' - Best Recordings in Guitar History.
His album dedicated to Paganini (Naxos) was ranked as a best seller in Korea and appears at the opening of the TOP 50 of Naxos.
As an entrepreneur, one of his highest accomplishments includes producing the first New Year's gala concert in Korea with his invitation to the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and Zubin Mehta.
In 2018, Denis was appointed artistic director by the International Olympic Committee for the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea. He created and conducted exclusive concerts for more than 20 heads of state, as well as for hundreds of international business leaders and personalities from the worlds of art, sport and politics.
Denis performed at the Korean Presidential Palace “Cheong Wa Dae” for Their Majesties, the King and Queen of Belgium, and South Korean President, Moon Jae-in.
He collaborates with musicians from different music worlds, such as with Jo Sumi, Insooni or Kim Bumsoo. He also recorded with Pak Sunzoo.
He is the first guitarist to be invited to the Martha Argerich's Lugano Festival.
Denis has been featured on several South Korean television channels, including a documentary about his singular destiny as a man, but also as a musician.
His unique talent has been described as 'sublimated tranquillity', 'a mixture of grace and imperious fervor'.
His personal history and his dual identity permeate through his music as a performer and composer.
As a fervent humanitarian, Denis was appointed as 'The MSF Companion', the official partner of MSF (Doctor Without Borders). Denis plans to take the lead in realizing humanitarian values and advocating for underprivileged patients around the world through a close partnership with MSF.

Denis Sungho est Coréen d’origine, adopté dans une famille belge à la naissance, il commence l'étude de la guitare à l'âge de 7 ans. Enfant doué et précoce, son talent de virtuose se fait remarquer dès l'âge de 14 ans lorsqu'il remporte son premier concours organisé par la SABAM, l’ Association belge des auteurs, compositeurs et éditeurs. Denis a obtenu son premier diplôme au Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles en un an avec les félicitations du jury. Il étudie ensuite pendant 4 ans avec le légendaire Odair Assad au Conservatoire Royal de Mons. Il a également étudié avec les maîtres Sergio Assad et Alberto Ponce.

En 2018, Denis a été nommé directeur artistique des Jeux olympiques d'hiver de 2018 à Pyeongchang en Corée du Sud par le Comité international olympique. Il a créé et dirigé des concerts exclusifs pour plus de 20 chefs d'État ainsi que pour des centaines de chefs d'entreprises de premier plan, des personnalités du monde des arts, du sport et de la politique.
Soliste, il joue régulièrement avec des orchestres de renom, Denis s'est également produit en 2019 au palais présidentiel coréen de Cheong Wa Dae pour Leurs Majestés le Roi et la Reine de Belgique ainsi que le président sud-coréen Moon Jae-in.
Denis Sungho est un guitariste qui transcende les genres musicaux avec passion et vitalité. Denis a entre autres collaboré ou enregistré avec des artistes tels que le chanteur pop coréen Kim Bum-soo, la légende pop Insooni, ainsi que la diva de renommée mondiale Sumi Jo, il forme un duo régulier avec la ''Reine de la Pop'' Pak Sunzoo: Denis est le premier musicien en Asie à collaborer avec des musiciens d’univers différents, il est également le premier guitariste à avoir été invité au Festival de Lugano de Martha Argerich.
Denis est apparu sur plusieurs chaînes de télévision sud-coréennes, dont un documentaire sur son incroyable parcours de vie en tant qu'adopté et guitariste de renommée internationale.

独占コンサートを計画し、 監督した。
2019年ベルギー 国王の訪韓により文在寅大統領との大統領府晩餐会で演奏を披露した。
